DIRECTOR / PERSONAL TRAINER

 

Emma is passionate about encouraging others to enjoy both the physical and mental benefits of exercise.  Whilst many people start training to change the way they "look", there is nothing more satisfying than clients falling in love with the way exercise makes them "feel".  When exercise makes you feel confident, strong, healthy, happy and energised, it no longer feels like a chore!

​

With a love for trail running, she is also a running coach (L2 Recreational) and can help you work towards your next running goal, be it working towards your first 5k, a training program for an upcoming event, or aiming for a PB.

 

Emma particularly loves to train females, she is qualified in pregnancy & post natal training (Preggi Bellies) and as the mother of two school age children, she understands the struggles faced by mums trying to “juggle it all”. Let her help you on the journey to getting that pre-baby body back or even better ... improve on it!

 

With a degree in Behavioural Science (with a Psychology major) Emma knows how to motivate you, strengthen your mind and push your body to places it “thinks” it cannot go. This translates into reaching your goals faster!

Paul Forsyth

HEAD COACH

 

On first impressions Paul is cool, calm & collected, but dig a little deeper and his Irish wit & charm shine through.

 

Paul loves all sports and outdoor activities & when he’s not working you might bump into him running or down at the beach with his two girls in a kayak or on the paddle board.

​

Football (soccer) was Paul’s first love but health, fitness & strength training have become his passion. He is keen to help our fitfam improve their mental and physical health through fitness & exercise.

​

Paul played professional football in the UK for 5 years. To hit such a high standard requires significant mental & physical discipline & commitment.  The perfect background to appreciate what's required to help YOU achieve great results!
