Small Group Training

Group fitness classes are a fabulous affordable way to push towards your fitness goals. 

We catering for all fitness levels & abilities, & offer 20+ classes/week to choose from.

 

These classes are capped to ensure you don't get lost in a crowd, we pride ourselves on offering quality instruction and guidance, with trainer to client ratios (1:14) or lower. 

 

Offering a variety of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), cardio and resistance training, these classes are perfect for those who love diversity, a challenge & have an insatiable hunger for results.

Flexible memberships with no lock-in contracts.

Take 45 minutes from your busy schedule to feel energised & ready to conquer any day!

1:1 Personal Training

Let a qualified fitness professional guide you through a workout that has been designed specifically with YOUR fitness goals and training preferences in mind. With 1:1 attention and a personalised program, we aim to reach those goals faster.

 

Tailored PT sessions are delivered from the Emma Ladd Fitness Studio in Mornington.  This private gym is a fabulous large, light filled space, filled with functional training gear, resistance and cardio equipment.

Currently Paul & Emma both offer private training.

Emma has a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (with a Psychology major), so makes an excellent motivator.  She keeps all sessions varied & exciting, working with each client's abilities and individual goals, ensuring they push further than if they were training under a standard gym membership.  She will ensure you never get bored, and the body is kept guessing! 

Paul played professional football in the UK for 5 years which gives him an excellent base for appreciating what is required to help YOU achieve great results! His private sessions are carefully planned with your goals in mind & delivered professionally. His passion for helping others "be their best" is evident, making him an excellent coach.

Progressive Overload

Progressive overload is all about gradual, structured progression — adding a little more weight, a few extra reps, or improving control — so your body is constantly adapting, getting stronger, and evolving.

Because of this progressive approach, these classes run in term blocks to ensure you build consistently from week to week.

It’s no surprise these sessions are so popular:

Boxing

Our Boxing classes are the ultimate way to level up your fitness while having fun.

 

Designed to build serious upper body strength, improve coordination, and boost endurance, each session delivers a high-energy, full-body workout that burns big calories.

 

It’s also one of the best ways to relieve stress—punch it out, clear your head, and walk away feeling stronger both physically and mentally.
